We have qualified and certified personnel with Level II and Level III, under all parameters established by the ASNT in its recommended practice SNT-TC-1A 2016 edition; as well as state-of-the-art certified equipment for the execution of projects that require a high degree of quality, efficiency and reliability.
nondestructive testing
We call NDT nondestructive testing any type of test performed on a material that does not alter its physical, chemical, mechanical or dimensional properties. Non-destructive testing involves little or no damage at all. The different methods are based on the application of physical phenomena such as electromagnetic, acoustic, elastic waves, emission of subatomic particles, capillarity, absorption and any type of test that does not involve considerable damage to the examined sample.

Phase Array Ultrasound
Phased Array Ultrasonics (PA) is basically an arrangement of multiple piezoelectric crustals ranging from 16 elements, 32 elements, 64 elements and 128 elements, which are controlled by a software which calculates focal laws making beams of light deviate.
Computerized Industrial Radiography
Computed Radiography (CR) technique consists of exposing an image of a component to be inspected either with X-Rays or Gamma Rays at a time calculated according to the thickness and distance placed on the component.
Computerized Industrial Radiography
The plate is positioned on the radiographic scanner and the acquired image begins to be displayed on the monitor of the computer unit. Once the image acquisition is finished, its evaluation can be carried out with the help of the software in which we can make measurements.
Guided Waves
This method helps us detect internal, external and below coating corrosion and to do so, an inflatable collar is placed that cointains module with multiple probes which generate plate-type waves at frequencies ranging fro 20KHz to 100 KHz.
Robotized Ultrasound
With robotic ultrasound thickness measurement, the equipment performs wall thickness analysis through the path of a dual-type probe and with a frquency of 5Mhz on ferromagnetic components.
